The Heywire Competition
Open to people aged 16 – 22, to submit a story about life in regional Australia. Your story can be created in any form of media: text, video, photography, or audio. The John Button School Prize
The John Button School Prize awards the best essay on a subject concerning Australia’s future by a Victorian student who is in Years 10 to 12. Essays submitted for the School Prize will discuss Australian politics or policy. It is open to Victorian students who are in Years 10 to 12 and are younger than 19 years. New Scholarship at The University of Melbourne
From 2020, the University of Melbourne will be offering the new Hansen Scholarship to 20 high achieving students who may have experienced barriers to their education.
