2018 Monash Access Mentors
Applications for the Monash Access Mentors program are now open for high achieving Year 12 students who plan to study at Monash in 2018. Becoming a Mentor is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their leadership, public speaking and teamwork skills, and participate in leadership and networking opportunities with senior Monash staff and alumni.
Mentors are considered for the Community Leaders Scholarship, available for one year. The opportunity is open to domestic students with an ATAR of 85+. Interested students must apply to become an Access Monash Mentor.

Monash Indigenous Entry Scheme
The Indigenous entry scheme provides access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants into a range of Monash courses with a significantly lower ATAR requirement. All Indigenous undergraduate students are supported through programs coordinated by the Yulendj Indigenous Engagement Unit. Valued at up to $12,000 per year, this support includes access to one-on-one academic tutoring, the supply of prescribed textbooks and a Monash Sport gym membership.
Students studying through the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences can also access support for accommodation and course costs, as well as gaining access to a vertical peer support program.

Monash Maths Bridging Course
This program is available to domestic students who narrowly miss the required study score in the mathematics prerequisite subjects for a Monash Engineering, Science or Business and Economics undergraduate degree. Students will undertake face-to-face study for 16 days.
Eligibility – VCE Students who receive a study score of 20-24 in VCE Mathematical Methods Units 3 and 4.
The program is only available for Monash courses and will be held at the Monash College, City campus.
